Xiaomi MI A3 Receives Second August Update

Xiaomi has been always impressing its users in one or the other way. This time, the surprise has come in the form of a Second August Update for the Xiaomi’s A series device – MI A3. Xiaomi releases one A series device each year and also rolls out the regular Security patches. What else could you ask from a phone manufacturer?

The Xiaomi MI A3 is the latest smartphone from the A series which got the August Security Update without going official. Since the device had already received the August Security Patch, users around the world felt bad since the update turned out to be a downgrade for the Display resolution to HD+ on the phone. However, now its time for all the MI A3 fans to cheer up.

The Second August Security Patch is here. The security updates are meant to safeguard the smartphones. At the beginning of every month, an array of vulnerabilities are released by Google so that the brands can fix these issues. The Mi A3 received the August OTA Update last week.

device and optimizes its performance.

As you might have guessed by the simple changelog, there is no any significant feature included in this update. Hence the weight of this update is just limited to 57.3 MB. he build number of this update is – PKQ1.190416.001.V10.3.5.0PFQMIXM.

The update has started releasing for the EU variants. There is no sure word about the arrival to the Global variant since one has already been issued. That was it for now.  Stay tuned for more updates.
