Vivo X51 and Oppo Find Z trademarks were filed at Icelandic Intellectual Property Office

A few days back, Vivo has launched its premium smartphone series – Vivo X50 and Vivo X50 Pro in India and Europe. The device is first launched in China and made its way to the Indian and European markets a month later. Oppo has already tossed in its flagship Find X2 in the market and before even launching its Lamborgini Edition in India, it seems like both Oppo and Vivo are wasting no time.

According to a tweet from Mukul Sharma from @stufflistings on Twitter, Oppo has filed a trademark for Oppo Find Z. If you also take a closer look at the image, you will get to see Iceland Trademark under “Hugverkastofan”. Well, not a lot of information was found on the image provided, but we can see that it is clearly mentioned V0119060 – Find Z where V0119060 is the serial number.

Well, as one would expect the name and address of the applicant are mentioned as Guangdong Oppo Mobile Telecommunications Corp Ltd. Well, not a lot of information has been provided around the possible launch or specifications of the device. But going by the previous specifications of the device, we expect the device launch with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ SoC coupled with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of onboard storage.

As far as the X51’s filing is considered, it has been filed on 21 July which is right after the launch of the Vivo X50 series in India. Going by these possible dates, we expect the device to launch at least three to four months. The serial number of this device here is 018275448.

Going by the specifications, we expect the X51 to be a mid-range device. We are still not sure whether there any Pro variants for both Find Z from Oppo and X51 from Vivo. We definitely are expecting the Pro monikers here going by previous launches from the company.
