How to Download and Install Android Oreo on Google Nexus 6 (shamu) (Lineage OS 15)

Step 1:- First, Download Lineage OS 15 and Gapps for Google Nexus 6 (shamu).

Gapps:- Download

Step 2:- Next, Transfer the ROM and Gapps to your Android Device’s internal storage.

Step 3:- Now, Boot your Google Nexus 6 (shamu) into TWRP Recovery.

Step 4:- once you are in TWRP recovery mode. select Wipe option from the TWRP Recovery menu.

Step 5:- Now enable a Swipe to Factory Reset on the bottom of the display.

Step 6:-  Now go back to TWRP recovery menu, select Install option.

Step 7:- Next, Select the ROM’s Zip file that you have transferred to your Android Device in step 2.

Step 8:- Next, Enable Swipe to Confirm Flash on the bottom of the display to start the Lineage os ROM installation process.

Step 9:- Once your Android Oreo ROM is Successfully Installed. you will see the Wipe cache/Dalvik option, tap on it and then enable Swipe to wipe from the bottom of the display.

Step 10:- Now go back and install Gapp’s same way.

Step 11:- Once the Process has done, hit the back button and then select Reboot system.

That’s it!! Now you have successfully Install Android Oreo on Google Nexus 6 (shamu). Now you Google Nexus 6 (shamu) will reboot with the Lineage OS 15 that you Installed. it might take 10 to 15 minutes to boot. so do not panic.
