If rumors are to be believed, SAMSUNG Fold 2 will come with a larger screen to body ratio than original Fold. It will have a 7.7-inch flexible display. A punch-hole design in tow and a larger screen compared to the Galaxy Fold will also be seen.
The screen will have a resolution of 2213 x 1689 pixels and an aspect ratio of 11.8:9. It will support 120Hz refresh rate. FOLD 2 will have a larger 6.23-inch cover screen having less slimmer bezels than Fold 1 and 819 x 2267 pixels resolution.
Coming to the Chipset, Unlike Galaxy Fold 1, Galaxy Fold 2 will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. The memory is the same – 12 GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.
There has been no reliable word regarding the front camera of Galaxy Fold 2. However, a back camera with triple camera setup will have a configuration of 64MP + 12 MP + 16 MP.
Unlike Galaxy Fold 1, which was available in color options – Cosmos Black, Space Silver, Martian Green, or Astro Blue, Fold 2 will be available in Martian Green and Astro Blue.
The 3C Certification clears that Galaxy Fold 2 will have a 25W Fast Charging support. The battery power could be anywhere near 4,365mAh battery which will be a combination of two batteries – 2,275mAh and 2,090mAh.
Samsung Galaxy Fold was priced at $1980. The expected price of Galaxy Fold 2 is said to be INR 1,74,999.
