The OnePlus 7 Pro is a stellar smartphone by most measurements, but even more so when you consider its price point.
The company has announced that they are adjusting the price of its latest smartphone, the OnePlus 7 Pro, in Canada.
From now on, the 7 Pro base model, with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, costs $899. Earlier, the price of this same phone was $999 in Canada. Simultaneously, the mid-tier model consisting of 8GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, is now priced at $939, instead of $1049. For the top model which consist of 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage, you will have to spend $1009 rather than $1119, more than $100 less.
Those who have already purchased a OnePlus 7 Pro in Canada between 10am ET 5/17 and 12 pm ET 6/28 are eligible for a cashback after the company’s price adjustment. And those who still have not bought it, or thinking about buying one, now is the time to go for it considering the competitive prices.
OnePlus did not give any explanation as to why the prices have dropped. We can only speculate that it’s to bring them more in line with pricing in other countries, especially here in the U.S.
