OnePlus 7 series devices have become a major attraction ever since its announcement for the reason that it had a new software enhancement that the latest branch of OxygenOS – 9.5 was released for the new candidates.
It is noteworthy to mention that there has been an addition of various features suggested by the community requests like in-built screen recording app, renovated gaming modes and so on in this latest version of OxygenOS.
Apart from considering requests by user on the community forum, there has been an addition of an unexpected and amazing thing – ZenMode. For those who have no idea about what ZenMode is, this is a system app that makes your device paperweight.
The reason for this app to be lightweight is that it basically makes the Smart features of your device inaccessible for a while, for a time that you may want it to be inaccessible and over this time you can enjoy your lightweight device! This was indeed a surprise cum shock for the OnePlus 7 users.
Just like the feature was introduced in the OnePlus 5 and 6 Series had got this feature via an OTA Update even the 7 series is receiving it but with one more additional advantage of a timer for 20 minutes as requested by the users. Its not just limited to 20 minutes anymore but you have various options from 20 minutes to 1 hour.
In the latest OxygenOS 9.5 Version, you will also find the Zen Mode in the Drop Down menu. From here itself you can easily select the time – 20 Minutes, 40 minutes, 60 minutes for the Zen Mode. This app no more works on the 1.2.0 version but has been bumped into v1.3.0.
This latest update has Support for Zen Mode time, timing notice has been added as well. You will be experiencing improvisations in the optimization too. The APK of this app has been uploaded on Apk Mirror.
Not leaving y’all with just that. There have been questions whether the update bringing the Zen mode and other features be released in the August Security Patch or will it be an intermediate OTA Update.
