It was only on 11th May that an official statement was released by Riot Games, which said that the game is undergoing maintenance, which is why players in multiple sectors and regions are not being able to log in. Even though the company did not clarify how long the game will be unavailable, it did mention that Rkaed Queues are disabled till 2 o’clock PDT of 12th May 2020.
Updates on LOL server
Riot Games’ League of Legends is synonymous with America when it comes to online hardcore fantasy strategy gaming. It has a niche of its own and is supported by a whole host of ardent fans and gamers who take their love for this game quite seriously.
Around the first week of January, this critically-acclaimed, fast-paced, multiplayer, action-strategy game let its fans down when many gamers across USA’s East and West Coasts were unable to log into their accounts or play with their friends. League of Legends is such a fan favorite, and there are thousands of players streaming their games on a daily basis.
The ”unable to log into account” issue
All of that came to a standstill when players found, much to their surprise, that they were not able to log into their accounts. What was even more frustrating was the fact that this outage was not uniformly spread all over the country. There were some specific regions where players were not being able to play.
An overview of the matter
A lot of the fans and players went up on twitter complaining about this issue, expecting a response from the company. However, there has been no official comment on the matter until May. We have been keeping a continuous tab on all sectors, right from media houses to official personnel, to be able to bring to you updates as soon as we receive them.
Happy Gaming 🙂
