Samsung has always been a giver of timely security updates. Currently, the frequent updates game is going very well for Samsung. Just today the Korean giant included another set of devices for the December 2019 Security Patch update and now we are receiving Google’s latest Android OS – Stable Android 10 on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 Android 10 Update started rolling out in Germany to a limited number of beta tester groups. However, now the update has now begun rolling out in the EU, Russia, Mexico, Turkey, Denmark, and Greece. And now we have the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 users in India now receiving the stable Android 10 update with One UI 2.0.
The stable One UI 2.0 custom skin from Samsung which runs atop Google’s latest and greatest Android 10 is now rolling out in India as well. This update first made its way in Germany then it followed in Russia, Denmark, Greece, Turkey, etc. and now it is being seen in India.
The size of this update is somewhere around 2 GB. Hence, we recommend you to download it over a WiFi connection for more security. This update has brought along some amazing features that include the Android 10 goodies like, Focus mode, dark mode, digital wellbeing, full-screen gestures, and so on.
The Android 10 update has also brought along the One UI 2.0 features like enhanced layouts for titles and buttons for eliminating wasted screen space. It has updated phone apps like the Internet, Health, Calculator, and Notes too. The graphs on battery usage have been made more detailed so that users can make better battery management.
Users will receive this update just like any other OTA Update in patches. Hence, be patient even if you get it a little late. You can download this OTA Update by going to the Settings of your device> System> Software Updates> Check for Updates. You can then tap on the update if it is available to install it. Just note that you will generally get a notification when the update arrives on your device.
