The Samsung Galaxy A series is a lineup that can be considered an experimental series for various features. Let us take the very recent example, the Samsung Galaxy S10 received the in-display fingerprint sensor which was earlier featured for A50. Thus the Samsung’s bridge between the flagship devices and the low-end models got the name Samsung Galaxy A Series.
The Samsung Galaxy A20 is a Samsung A lineup device that comes with a Exynos 7884 octa-core chipset and Mali-G72 MP2 GPU made out of 14nm manufacturing process. One can use a SD Card to extent the memory of this 32 GB device. Now coming to the camera of the device ,a dual rear setup housing a 13 MP, f/1.9 primary lens and a secondary wide angle lens with 8 MP resolution.
Earlier in the time of Touchwiz, users of Samsung devices demanded Software updates. However, with the emergence of One UI, things have changed to a great extent. This, at least, is the case for the Security Updates.
The devices from Samsung Galaxy S10 series as well as S9 and S9 Plus, and also the devices Galaxy J7 Pro and Galaxy A5 from the Galaxy J and A series got the August Security Patches. After this, the August Security Patch is now up for Samsung Galaxy A20.
There is however, nothing new or amazing as such in this update from the Korean OEM except for the August Security Patch. The changelog isn’t much attractive as well. In case you are a Samsung Galaxy A20 user but have not yet got the notification, then just calm down. The Security patches are rolled down inn batches which may take some time for the updates to go live on some phones.
Do share your experiences after the August Security patch Update on Galaxy A20 devices. Talking about the A30, it is expected to be rolled out in the next month.
