Another day, another issue. Realme 2 Pro users are all over the Realme community complaining about the buds they are facing after updating the device to Android 10. To recall, Realme 2 Pro was launched back in 2018, which went toe-to-toe with the likes of the Redmi series of devices.
Realme 2 Pro was a real game-changer for the company and it was on the rage ever since. The device itself came out with decent specifications and was launched with Color OS 5.2 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. More than a year passed by. The company has released a lot of devices both in the mid-range and flagship ranges. But, they still are giving update to Realme 2 Pro.
To be precise, Realme 2 Pro is the oldest device to get the latest Android 10 updates with Realme UI on top. Both the devices, Realme 1 and Realme 2, did not receive this update. The company back then took it the forums and announced that Realme 2 Pro will get an Android 10 based Realme UI update.
Ever since then, the fans are waiting to get their hands on the latest Realme UI based on Android 10. Reports stated that the 2 Pro started receiving the update on June 25. The updates, as one would expect rolled up batch-wise. We have recently covered an article where a user on Realme Community posted about the bugs he is facing with the recent update.
Realme 2 Pro Android 10 Multiple Bugs
Now, two Realme 2 Pro users, took it to the Realme community, describing the issues they were facing with their devices. The first user, NickName01495119563, posted an issue where he talks about his issue. According to him, he is facing a lot of issues with different sets of wireless earphones. He mentioned that he was unable to get audio on the left earbud.
That could possibly be any setting he had changes in audio options. But, he clearly did mention that he is only facing issues with TWS earbuds, meaning the wireless earphones are working fine. He might also have reached the customer care, and tried resetting all his settings as suggested. But still, there is no possible solution.
Another user who goes by the name ArmaanShaik is also facing an issue after updating to Android 10. According to Armaan, he is facing a lot of bugs and software lags after the update. Armaan further added that he is facing issues with the camera while using third-party applications. The issue persists until the device is restarted. A lot of users in the past have reported issues around the camera after the update.
Now going by all these, I suggest you not to update your 2 Pro until the company launches the incremental update to fix all these issues. Until now, none of the Realme officials or moderators did come out to help the users.
