Recently, Developer topjohnwu released the  Magisk v21 and Magisk Manager 8.0.0 with Android 11 support. This public beta channel came with numerous features like Android 11 Support, underhood tweaks, safe mode detection, enhanced user interface, and a lot more.

However, since this is a Beta channel and as we expected, many users reported some bugs. The major one of this was the proper Samsung ODIN firmware patching to fix bootloops on Samsung Galaxy devices like Galaxy S10.

  • Fix Vbmeta.img patching for Samsung AP.tar files. This fixes boot loops on devices like galaxy S10 after flashing updated AP files.
  • Prevent a possible UI loop when the device ran into very low memory.
  • Properly truncate existing files before writing to Prevent Corrupted files
  • Switch to use js deliver CDN for several files.
