Check Internet Connection

The most common blunder we all make without even realizing it. A poor internet connection could be a reason why Google Play Store doesn’t work. It could be as minor as your data being off or weak network.

  • You can tap on the Airplane Mode toggle wait for 15 seconds and then try using Play Store again.
  • If the problem still persists, check if you have a proper signal for the internet.

Restart your device

  • Go to your device Settings > Accounts> Google account. 
  • Tap on the menu icon present as the three dots on the top right corner.
  • Tap on Remove account.
  • You will have to remove all the Google accounts on your device.
  • Once you have removed all Google Accounts, go back to add your account in order to access Google services.
  • Go to Settings > Accounts > Add account. 
  • Add your Google Account/s.

Enable Download Manager

Disable VPN on your Android device

Factory Reset Android phone

But make sure to take a complete backup of your device data including contacts, images, files, etc. Since all of it will be wiped from Factory reset.

  • Go to Settings > Backup and reset.
