How to use Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 as Secondary Screen: When Samsung has announced its Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 Plus, the South Korean giant has said that its new tablets would include a “Second Screen” functionality and that would allow you to use your Galaxy Tab S7 as a secondary display with your Windows PC. Although this could be one hell of a feature, it was not officially announced or seen in the working stages yet as the company did not officially roll out this feature yet.
Now, Max Weinbach from Android Police has now provided us with some exciting information on this feature. Weinbach says Second Screen which is known internally at Samsung as Sidekick will offer broadly the same functionality as Apple’s Sidecar. If you are not aware of the Apple Sidecar it allows you to use an iPad as a secondary display to your Mac and you can edit and figure using Apple Pencil. Just like Apple Sidecar, Samsung also integrates the S7 and S7’s stylus to work as secondary Windows display.
It has also been reported that while using S Pen on Windows, it will reportedly support different pressure levels and orientations. It is very much unclear as of now whether or not this feature is an ongoing partnership with Microsoft or whether the company plans to limit its availability to Samsung PCs only. But then again, you can still connect and use the Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 display as Secondary Screen on Windows.
But do note that the method which we are mentioning in our How to use Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 as Secondary Screen on Windows guide is an unofficial method. You can try this method to get an idea of how this tech works.
