How to Apply One UI 3 Developer Beta for Samsung Galaxy Devices: Samsung has unveiled their much-awaited flagships smartphone series — Galaxy Note 20 during the Unpacked 2020 event which happened very recently. During the event, Samsung has also announced that they are committing to delivering three generations of Android updates for their flagship smartphones i.e., Note series, S-series, Flip, and Fold series.

Right after that, the Korean tech giant has now surprised its fans with yet another update announcement. Well, as most of you might have understood from the title that Samsung has opened up a One UI 3.0 Beta program for users with Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and Ultra variants of S20 too.

Although most of the Samsung mid-rangers did not receive One UI 2.1 yet, it looks like the company is not gonna let its flagship users down! Samsung’s One UI 3.0 is the next big update for their proprietary interface which will be grounded on Android 11. This is a Pre-Beta phase of the program which actually refers to the closed beta, meaning a very unstable UI. This has to be expected as Android 11 itself is in its beta stages.

The Pre-Beta is currently only available for the United States and Korean Galaxy S20 series of devices right now. In the states, you will be eligible only if you are using an unlocked or T-Mobile and Sprint devices whereas in Korea all the Galaxy S20 variants will be eligible.

How to Apply One UI 3 Developer Beta

If your device is ineligibility list, you can go ahead and visit the Samsung developers site. It is worth noting that the pre-eta phase is for the purpose of compatibility testing with the listed devices only. Samsung can reject the application if the conditions and requirements are not met. Before installing the beta software, it is recommended to backup all your data to your computer or any drive.

Step 1: Visit the Samsung Developers site and scroll down, you can find the option for Apply for Partnership 


Step 2: Click on Apply, and here you must log in to your Samsung Account which you have used on your device. You will have to accept some terms and conditions here.

Step 3: Once done, it will redirect you to a page. Here all your Personal Information is already entered. But you will need to enter the Phone Number including the country code if asked.

Step 4: Under the company information, you will have to enter the details including your official email.


Step 5: Once done, you will have to scroll down and enter the Test Device Information. Enter your Samsung Representative Email and click on submit.
