Online retail giant Amazon is rolling out exclusive offers in the run up to Amazon Prime Day. The official Amazon Prime Day dates are July 15 and July 16.
Early Prime Day 2019 deals ahead of this month’s 48-hour discount marathon apply to video games, 4KTVs phones and, of course Amazon’s own Echo speakers. The run up to Amazon Prime Day is the best time to shop for these services as the company begins offering further discounts for its Prime subscribers.
For shoppers, that means more noise to navigate through. Customers can currently save up to 40% on Amazon fashion brands and 60% on find, Amazon’s new beauty collection. There are also discounts on selected baby essentials for parents who sign up for a free Amazon Baby Wishlist.
However to access these promotions, and those that will be available on Prime Day, you need to be an Amazon Prime subscriber to take advantages of the offers. Thankfully, there are also some deals that don’t require membership.
The Prime Day 2019 begins at 2:59 am ET on Monday, July 15 and runs all the way through Tuesday, July 16. The best items to buy on Prime Day are Amazon devices and there will also be great deals on TVs, Apple gear, and smart home devices.
Last year in 2018, Prime Day started at 3 p.m. ET on Monday, July 16, and ran for 36 hours through Tuesday, July 17. The deal made the history as hundreds of thousands of products across the site, from tech and appliances to beauty and clothing were discounted, and more people joined Amazon Prime than on any single day.
This year’s Prime Day will also include a concert headlined by Taylor Swift and supported by chart toppers Dua Lipa and Sza. The event will take place in New York, and will be streamed on Prime Video for fans across the world to tune in.
